Oxford Street is one of Europe’s premier shopping destinations. Home to the globally acclaimed Selfridges department store and many flagship retail stores, Oxford Street along with Regent Street and Bond Street, make-up the West End.

The West End attracts 200 million visits per year, generating £9 billion in retail spend. 150,000 people travel to work in the area daily. The area will shortly benefit from the opening of the Elizabeth Line and planned improvements to the district will position Cavendish Square Gardens as the ‘Oasis of Oxford Street’ – a place for wellbeing in the heart of the city.

Located on the south side of Cavendish Square, the Oxford Street entrance offers accommodation from 5,000 to 250,000 sq ft over four levels.

London’s Harley Street has long been associated with the medical sector. Commissioned by Edward Harley and designed by John Prince, the district was created as a grid of residential streets, anchored by Cavendish Square.

Now part of the Marylebone area, the district is home to many world-leading medical centres including the Moorfield Eye Hospital, King Edward VII Hospital and the Fortius Clinic.

Located at the southern gateway to this district, Cavendish Square offers accommodation from 10,000 to 250,000 sq ft with a dedicated entrance to Harley Street. With interiors inspired by the best of the hospitality industry the development will offer brand presence and an unrivalled customer experience.
